In short: because the Ebook is a digital download that you can access immediately, all sales are final once it has been delivered. We will always help if you were charged twice, if the payment went through but you couldn't get the file, or if the file is faulty.
1. Digital product
The Emotionally Intelligent Investor is delivered as a PDF immediately after successful payment. Since a digital file can't be "returned", we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the Ebook has been delivered or downloaded, including for change of mind.
Please read the sales page, chapter list, preview pages and FAQ before buying, so you know what the Ebook covers.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery: your payment succeeded but you could not access the Ebook, and we are unable to provide a working download within 7 days of you contacting us.
- Faulty file: the file is corrupted or incomplete, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. How to request a refund
Email [support@yourdomain.com] within 7 days of purchase with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The name and email address used at checkout
- Your transaction reference and date of purchase
- The reason for the request, with a screenshot if relevant
We'll reply within 2 business days. In most cases we'll first try to fix the problem by sending a new download link.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Failed payments
If money was deducted but the payment failed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, contact us with your transaction reference and we'll help you follow up.
6. Cancellations
Orders are completed instantly, so they cannot be cancelled after payment.
7. Misuse
We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated refund requests or sharing the Ebook.
